Scranton is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Scranton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We had excellent food, shopped around, and went to the aquarium. Parking was easy! People friendly!

You would have to travel and swim or dive in many places to see part of what is on display here. With the glass you can see very clearly many different species and not even get wet. It was too much for the grandkids after a few hours, then days later they wanted to go back. Thoughly recommended

Would be better if escalators weren’t broken down for 3 MONTHS and counting ! While ownership has done a good job finding ways to make use of the space over the last several years but not fixing the escalators is a bit ridiculous for a place full of medical offices and places for very young children. I’m a gym member and recently had surgery on my hip and do physical therapy on the second floor here and being limited for a very small slow over crowded elevator every day is getting really old really fast . I won’t even get into the daily ordeals with the parking garage either . This review is solely of the mall owners and management . Nothing negative about any tenants/vendors inside the mall

What an incredible new addition the 'Market at Steamtown is! There were over 50 vendors selling organic dog treats, chocolates, live plants, microgreens, crochet goodies, fidget floofs, handdyed yarn, candles- all these handmade treasures right at one indoor stop- it was spacious & beautiful- I am excited for the next one- I believe it happens monthly.

I loved how close this place e was to my hotel. We walked here, and it took us no time to get there. I really liked how easy it was to get there. Inside, you will find the sign used in "The Office" and also an aquarium within the mall. I enjoyed my visit here. It was very nice to go in and see all the animals. It is a bit expensive to go to the aquarium. It is worth it .
